  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects aligned to company strategy, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Drive benefits realisation and contribute to continuous improvement within the project delivery framework.

    • Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

    • Financial Management: Control project budgets and track benefit realisation.

    • Risk & Compliance: Identify and manage risks, ensuring adherence to governance, regulatory, and internal standards.

    • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the business and champion best practices in change delivery.

    • Continuous Improvement: Support operational efficiencies and project management capability growth.

  • Essential:

    • Degree or equivalent qualification.

    • PRINCE2/APM or similar certification.

    • Proven track record of full project lifecycle delivery.

    • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

    Desirable:

    • Agile qualification.

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

    • Experience in SDLC projects and matrix environments.
