We require a Manufacturing Business Consultant to advise on a significant transformation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Production Scheduling (PS) platform. Alongside this technology upgrade, they are seeking to assess and improve their existing manufacturing processes to ensure that operations are optimised for efficiency, scalability, and future growth.
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Advisor to work closely with the client's leadership and operational teams, providing an independent perspective and challenging current ways of working. The successful candidate will bring deep process optimisation expertise and the ability to identify opportunities for streamlining, standardisation, and best practice adoption.

Review and challenge current manufacturing processes, workflows, and practices in relation to the MES and Production Scheduling transformation.
Provide recommendations for process optimisation, simplification, and standardisation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing an external perspective and benchmarking against industry best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure process recommendations align with the transition from Jarman to Dassault MES/PS technology.
Support the design of target operating models and process improvement roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with operations, production, and IT teams to ensure alignment and adoption of proposed changes.

Proven track record of delivering manufacturing process optimisation and transformation projects.
Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Production Scheduling (PS) processes.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is desirable but not essential-an external, cross-industry perspective is welcomed.
Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence senior decision-makers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic approach to process improvement.delivery.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable:
Agile qualification.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience in SDLC projects and matrix environments.
