We are seeking a Penetration Testing Coordinator to act as the primary point of contact between internal technology teams and external penetration testing vendors. The role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end penetration testing activities, ensuring accurate data collection, effective vendor engagement, and clear communication of findings and remediation actions. The position also supports Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, particularly in relation to regulatory-driven penetration testing programmes.

Experience coordinating penetration testing, vulnerability management, or cyber security assessments
Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies and security risk concepts
Experience working with third-party security vendors
Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks and regulatory security requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
