  • We are looking for an experienced and strategic Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-impact transformation programmes that support business growth through IT innovation and organisational change. This role will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

    • Manage and deliver business transformation programmes aligned with strategic objectives.

    • Oversee projects covering process redesign, systems implementation, cultural and operational change.

    • Plan, execute, monitor, and close programmes effectively using best-practice methodologies.

    • Engage and manage stakeholders across business units, technology teams, and external suppliers.

    • Coordinate change management efforts to ensure adoption of new ways of working and long-term benefits realisation.

    • Maintain programme governance, managing risks, interdependencies, and resource allocation.

    • Ensure all programmes comply with data governance, IT security, and organisational standards.

    • Act as a liaison between business and IT functions to ensure alignment and collaboration.

    • Support and guide project managers, fostering continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

    • 7–10 years’ experience managing large, complex programmes with business and IT elements.

    • Proven background in business transformation and digital or technology-driven change.

    • Strong working knowledge of programme/project methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe).

    • Experience in IT delivery, including enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development.

    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.

    • Ability to navigate and drive change in complex, regulated environments.

    • Financially literate with experience managing significant programme budgets.

    • Skilled in third-party vendor management and contract negotiations.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Professional certifications (e.g., MSP, PMP, Agile PM, PROSCI, ITIL).

    • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
