As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering business transformation initiatives by identifying business problems, defining improvements, and specifying changes to processes, systems, and people. You’ll act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring positive outcomes for our members and the organisation.
In addition, you’ll provide leadership within the Business Analysis team — mentoring, supporting, and developing other analysts, while contributing to the overall growth of our Business Analysis Community of Practice.

Lead business analysis activities on projects from initiation to delivery.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define solutions.
Develop and manage business analysis plans and allocate work within the team.
Support the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
Identify improvements to member journeys, processes, and technology to enhance outcomes.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
Provide coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts and support their development.
Contribute to the development of business analysis standards, tools, and best practices.
Monitor, identify, and escalate risks and issues that may impact members or project delivery.
Support benefits realisation activities and help demonstrate return on investment.
Ensure compliance with governance, policy, and risk management frameworks.

Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in change and transformation projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to lead and manage business analysis work across multiple projects.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting other Business Analysts.
Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and operational improvements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience working within financial, healthcare, or member-based organisations is desirable.
Awareness of risk management and governance processes.
