• Overview

  We’re seeking an experienced Category Sourcing Expert to manage end-to-end sourcing operations for ancillary products (such as cell site racks, cable management, and tools). In this role, you’ll build strong supplier partnerships, deliver cost savings, and optimise sourcing strategies to support business needs.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing and category strategies.

  • Manage supplier contracts, negotiations, and performance reviews.

  • Lead RFX projects and secure competitive, value-driven deals.

  • Analyse spend, benchmark pricing, and identify savings opportunities.

  • Enhance sourcing processes, ensure efficiency, and mitigate risks.

• Competences

  • 6+ years in sourcing (telecommunications/electronics preferred).

  • Strong negotiation, contracting, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering savings and supplier improvements.

  • Excellent project management, data analysis, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP a plus).

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
